Hi there, welcome to Encampment. We are a family run business which was founded in 2018 by Andrew & Susie. What started as a way to escape the 9-5 grind and spend more time in nature has now evolved into us running our businesses & lapping Australia in our caravan. 

Everything we do is aimed at being conscious of our surroundings and the environment.   We aim to provide a memorable experience when you shop on our online store by offering quality products with top-rated customer service. Our products are shipped from our various warehouses and distribution centers across Australia.

How Much Is Shipping? 

Our shipping is calculated at checkout by weight starting from $11. If you are ordering one product you can expect it to be between $11-$16. 

How will my delivery arrive?

We use Australia Post for our order fulfilment except for our sleeping bags which are sent via courier. For this reason, we cannot accept PO boxes for sleeping bag orders. 

If you aren't home to accept your order, your order will be left in a safe place or a card will be left for you. If you opt for an authority to leave, please note that once the freight has been delivered, the courier or Encampment cannot be held responsible if it goes missing from your property. 

Important Delivery Information 

It is important to note that the estimated delivery date provided can change due to unforeseen circumstances, like breakdowns, traffic, time constraints or time-critical freight getting preference. 

Providing delivery windows and calling ahead prior to delivery is not a service that the couriers offer, there are just too many variables that can change during the day.

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will provide a lead time for when we expect new stock to arrive or refund you.
