The Traveller stove keeps the tent comfortable even on chilly mornings and helps inhibit the growth of troublesome mould spores by helping the canvas stay dry. It can also be used for cooking and requires surprisingly little fuel to keep even our most spacious tents cosy. It even has a glass window so that you can enjoy the view! Its sturdy construction and compatibility with Lotus Belle tents make it an excellent investment for the long term.

    • With the complete flue kit and cowl on top of the stove the total height is 2.4m

    This listing includes the stove and flue kit with tent flashing and spark arrestor to ensure a perfect fit with your tent.

    How much is shipping? 

    We are constantly striving to provide you with the best shipping rates. Our shipping areas are on a state by state basis and categorized as metro or regional.  When you are ready to check out simply put in your address and you will see the delivery options available to you.

    If your shipping has been categorized as regional please note this a base amount and additional shipping costs may apply.  

    Our shipping companies will generally be well-known carriers selected for cost and service quality. Their charges are passed directly on to our customers

    Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?   

    If you aren't home to accept your order, a card will be left for you. If you opt for an authority to leave, please note that once the freight has been delivered, the courier or Encampment cannot be held responsible if it goes missing from your property.

    Important Delivery Information 

    It is important to note that the estimated delivery date provided can change due to unforeseen circumstances, like breakdowns, traffic, time constraints or time-critical freight getting preference. 

    Providing delivery windows and calling ahead prior to delivery is not a service that the couriers offer, there are just too many variables that can change during the day.

    If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will provide a lead time for when we expect new stock to arrive or refund you. 

     

    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we will confirm that your product is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

    Order Shipment:

    If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@encampment.com.au.  

    Damages:

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@encampment.com.au. 

    Cancellations & Refunds:

    We process our orders immediately. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel an order. All orders canceled after 6 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. All Lotus Belle products are subject to their terms and conditions.
